These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ibiza VIP Taxi website (ibizaviptaxi.com) and any booking of our private transfer, chauffeur, taxi, or island tour services in Ibiza, Spain. By requesting a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Ibiza VIP Taxi provides private airport transfers, point-to-point taxi journeys, hourly private chauffeur service, group transfers, and island tours across Ibiza, using licensed drivers and insured vehicles.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be requested through our website, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation message from us (via WhatsApp or email) with your pickup details, vehicle, and price. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on our website (including zone-based airport transfer prices and hourly chauffeur rates) are in euros and include standard luggage and passenger allowances as indicated. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary for special requests, additional stops, waiting time, or night/holiday surcharges.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due to the driver at the time of service or as instructed in your booking confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Please notify us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. We will always try to accommodate reasonable changes to pickup time or location where possible.
6. Flight Monitoring and Waiting Time
For airport transfers, we monitor your flight where flight details are provided and adjust pickup time accordingly. A reasonable complimentary waiting period is included following your flight’s actual landing time; waiting time beyond this may incur an additional charge.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information (flight number, pickup address, passenger and luggage count) and for their own conduct during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey in cases of unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
8. Luggage and Vehicle Capacity
Each vehicle in our fleet has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity, shown on our website. Please ensure your booking matches your actual group size and luggage; we cannot guarantee accommodation of items exceeding the stated capacity without prior notice.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide a safe, punctual, and professional service. However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, or road closures. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the booking in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Insurance
All vehicles operated by Ibiza VIP Taxi are covered by the insurance required under Spanish law for passenger transport services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
